Kezzle still holds the lead, just! A few others played their double pointer game.
We welcomed Long Melford to the Heath on Saturday. Chris Chown took the reigns as Skipper.
We were asked to bat first and opened with Tris and Logan. Tris out for 84 following an LBW call, that
was heated between umpire and batsman! Logan 22 before a great catch on boundary ended his innings.
Weavers 73 runs at number 3 before being run out as ball watching and not listening to my call!
Minndo in at 4 nd out with 6, Wellsy in at 5 and got 43 runs.
I came in at 6 with a few overs to go and got 18 before playing my shot a day early and bowled.
Jeppo at 7 with a duck (not Golden), Chown at 8 with 1 run.
Alfie Weavers scored his first run of the season and Cal Waugh with his first 6 and getting 11 not out
We set a target of 275.
Following tea, we went to field and Jeppo and Logan opened the bowling.

Logan 3 wickets - great catch from me - not that I remember a thing about it
1st change was Cal and Minndo who wrapped the innings
Both with 2 wickets each

we won by 203 runs.
A few pints in the pub to watch Fury beat Whyte and was a good end to the day.
