15 Sep 2023

Good morning all.

Sorry for the delayed update. I did not play against Hadleigh but have received the score sheet and

brief match report below.

Attached is the final Fantasy update for the season. The last game information will be provided at the

annual awards on 11th November, with winners and runners up announced - hope to see you all there!

Mist Rolling 23 will win unless some miraculous points scoring in the final game in favour of his

opponents! 2nd and 3rd place is still up for grabs and 3 players in for this. The final game will determine

the final places.

From the wickets, there were 3 catches - all from Jonny Weavers - hatrick!

Hadleigh finished 136/5 from their 30 overs and another comfortable win!

Only report I received from Wellsy and also backed up by a few others -

We won, was dull, the end!

I feel the team need to have a competitive game to test us - this winning malarky is too easy!

No game this weekend.

Edwardstone have cancelled home and away fixtures as struggling for players and may not be about

much longer.

We have a game at home to The Real Oddies scheduled for 24th September - which is earmarked

as the last game of the season. Couple short at present so please let Tris know if able to play.

Have a good weekend all

Dave
